GROUP SESSIONS

During the sessions the person can sit, stand or lie on a mat, whatever is most comfortable for the individual.

You may want to bring a blanket in case you feel a little cool during the exercises and a small pillow or cushion to support your head.

Once in position, with your eyes closed, all you need to do is allow yourself be guided  by my voice . I bring you through a selection of exercises focusing on breathing, concentration / meditation, muscular relaxation, as well as positive visualizations, depending  on your needs or situation. You need only do the exercises which you feel comfortable doing.

 

The exercises  are easy to do and  very enjoyable by participants.

They are conducted with kindness and without any judgment.

 

The ideal time commitment is  one session per week.
