About me
I am Angela De Azevedo, a French Sophrology Therapist.

Angela graduated in Sophrology and Relaxation in 2013 in France.
​
She has since practiced for several years in France before moving to Dubai. Having worked in hospitals, nursing homes, leisure centres, small and large organisations, Angela has significant experience organising both group and personal sessions.
Angela brings her unique ability to connect with people when treating patients in individual sessions. Some of the conditions she has experience treating include post-traumatic support (following the death of a loved one, an accident or post-operative care), preparation for childbirth, depression, addiction, phobias, weight loss, concentration and attention disorders. She has also applied her skills to training student nurses in sophrology as part of pain management modules.
